Refund policy

At Dravenmark, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.

However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Important

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in colour or finish
